Coaching for neurodiversity at work

Coaching for leadership development

Supporting neurodiverse workplaces

I work with professionals and organisations who want to work, lead and collaborate more effectively — with attention to neurodiversity and inclusive ways of working.

Coaching for professionals

I coach professionals who want to better understand what they need in order to perform well and lead effectively. This may involve questions around neurodiversity (such as ADHD), but also leadership development, professional positioning and making deliberate choices in complex work environments.

My approach combines psychological depth with practical application. No generic advice or quick fixes, but careful attention to patterns, energy, context and decision-making — translated into clear, workable steps.

More about coaching

Write Your Own Manual

Write Your Own Manual is my coaching program for professionals with ADHD.

In the program, you build a personalised operating manual that takes seriously how your brain actually works (not how it ‘should’ work), what helps you work at your best, and how to communicate this effectively with your environment. It reflects the core of how I work with neurodiversity: concrete, personal and directly applicable in daily professional life.

The program has its own website with full details — you’re welcome to explore it there.

Neurodiversity in organisations

Alongside individual coaching, I support organisations and leaders in working with neurodiversity in practice. This is not about labels or policies, but about everyday leadership: communication, expectations, autonomy, and collaboration to help you get the best form your team.

I help make visible what neurodivergent professionals need in order to work effectively — and what this asks of leadership and organisational context more broadly.

About me

I am a psychologist, senior coach and accredited supervisor (ESIA), with over twenty years of experience across healthcare, education and organisational settings. My work sits at the intersection of neurodiversity, leadership and professional development — at individual, team and organisational level.

I bring my psychological background into everything I do: I look closely at patterns, context and underlying dynamics, and translate these into clear, workable actions. I work in a solution-focused way, with attention to people’s strengths and capabilities. No standard solutions — but clarity, reflection and practical direction.

What characterises my work is the ability to bring clarity to complex situations — and to help people and organisations move forward in ways that are practical, grounded and sustainable.
